Our Journey
In 1995, Milton Wilcox after graduating from Montgomery College and obtaining his certification as an HVACR technician, embarked on a journey fuelled by ambition and dedication. Despite the challenges of commuting long hours by bus from Oxonhill to College Park for work, he was unwavering in his pursuit of excellence in the HVACR field. Starting as a pass roller, he quickly advanced through the ranks at Crack MacCraft, eventually becoming a lead install technician. Over five years, he honed his skills, gained invaluable knowledge, and expanded his expertise in air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems. Driven by a desire to offer affordable services, maintain integrity, and prioritize customer satisfaction, he founded Wilcox & Sons.
